Our delivery crew needs a clear, wide pathway to move heavy equipment from the truck to your backyard.
The Path: Ensure gates are unlocked and walkways are clear of toys, garden hoses, or patio furniture.
The Ground: Please double-check that the setup area is free of debris. This means clearing away sticks, large rocks, and—most importantly—pet waste! A clean surface keeps the equipment in top shape and your guests happy. 💩🚫
2. Power Up ⚡
Inflatables and certain equipment need a steady "heartbeat" of electricity to stay ready for action.
Proximity: Ensure your setup spot is within 50 feet of a dedicated power source.
The Source: Using a standard 110v outlet is usually best. If the distance is further than 50 feet, let us know in advance so we can discuss power solutions!
